Amy gets up and opens the tiny window as far as it will go. She stands on the toilet and lifts herself through, but she gets stuck at her hips. Amy grabs onto the brick wall below and is trying to pull herself through, when she hears the door open next to her. A hand quickly grabs Amy by the hair and roughly pulls her head back. She can barely get out a scream, before the KILLER opens her throat with a knife.
